The resort synonymous with the French skiing champion Luc Alphand is an international resort with a village atmosphere and appearance, where great skiing and a sense of well-being go hand in hand!
Serre Chevalier is one of Europe's largest ski areas with 250km of runs across altitudes ranging from 1,200-2,800m with plenty of choice for beginners and serious skiers alike! Serre Chevalier is nestled between the Col du Lautaret and Briançon in a large south-facing valley home to a succession of 13 modern and traditional villages and hamlets. A valley as steeped in history as Serre Chevalier has no need for a designer to create its symbol, as the crowned eagle coat-of-arms of the Borel du Bez family has been proudly adopted by all the villages as their emblem.
